Prescriptions and refills

You may request a refill directly to our office or through your pharmacy. If you call the pharmacy they will contact us with the needed information. When leaving a message for a prescription refill, please include your child's name, date of birth and the medication needed. Please allow 24-48 hours for completion of your medication request. Only medications required in emergency situations will be called in during evening and weekend hours.
